This phase expands and combines the mastered base movements of phase2 with other movements that make up a part of complex excercise movements that are popular in workout, but are not considered as being a part of our everyday movement when, in fact, they are. This stage requires a lot of dedication and discipline. In this stage, you will start to see a difference in the way you handle your body and you will have increased awareness of the use and relationship between various muslces in the body.
This phase also helps you to function with a higher level of freedom and flexibility in your everyday-life, through enabling you to master more complex combinations of movements in a natural way.
